1. Services
Epic Pressure Washing LLC provides exterior cleaning and restoration services, including house washing, roof cleaning, driveway restoration, fence cleaning, and gutter cleaning, to residential and commercial properties in Eastern North Carolina. Estimates are provided free of charge and are subject to final confirmation on site.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are approximate until a written quote is provided. Final pricing depends on surface condition, size, and access. Any quote is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
We make every effort to honor scheduled dates. Weather and access conditions may require rescheduling. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We back our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the completed service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to make it right.
5. Liability
We take care to protect your property. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defective materials, or conditions we could not reasonably foresee. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
